Land Records

The Town Clerk’s Office is responsible for recording, preserving and restoration of documents which pertain to land and property in Lincoln. Lincoln’s land records include deeds, property transfers, liens, zoning, surveys and other records which are available to the public for research.

Our digitized land records are now available online.  As more of our records become available digitally, we will expand the offerings on  US Land Records
