Development Review Board

The Development Review Board, also known as the DRB, was established by a resolution of the Lincoln Selectboard dated July 19, 2022.  The Development Review Board reviews applications and appeals submitted by the Zoning Administrator, and it has the authority to perform all the development review functions under 24 V.S.A. § 4461(a).

NOTE: The decisions are filed by the date of the meeting at which the decision was deliberated, along with the agenda and minutes of that meeting.

 

Participation in the DRB hearings is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeals. To participate, you must provide your full name, street address, and contact information by coming to a hearing in person, by Zoom, or by submitting a letter to the Zoning Administrator with your concerns.
