Due to the state of emergency declared by Governor Scott, the Lincoln Town Office is closed for walk-in business.  Town Officials will continue to do our work and we will stagger our hours to avoid contact with each other.  We encourage you to do business with us remotely.  Several of us who work here are among the very vulnerable population, so please stay away if there is any chance you could be infecting us!  Payments and applications may be left in the drop box, and you are welcome to email or call for things we can assist you with that way.  Email is best. Thank you for your understanding and we will re-open as soon as we are advised that it is safe to do so.

Dog license late fees start July 1

By State law, all dog owners must register their pet annually by April 1, with their Town Clerk. (This deadline has not changed due to the COVID 19 epidemic.) You will need to present a current rabies vaccination certificate and pay a fee. The cost is $15 for spayed or neutered animals and $19 if still intact. This may be done by mail or via the office drop box, and we will mail your tag to you. If your pet’s rabies vaccination has expired, now is the time to try to get that appointment scheduled!

The dirt roads have now been posted with weight limits for mud season. If you must receive a delivery from an overweight vehicle, please have the driver contact Road Foreman, Dave Cavoretto, at (802)453-3703 to obtain permission and determine the best timing.
